Take Photo

Use this function to take site photos using the iPad’s back camera.

Tip The photos you take are saved as attachments on the record.

Complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to the record the photos will be associated with.
2. Select Take Photo.
3. Take the photo using the iPad camera controls.

4. Select Use Photo.

   Note You can change the file name at this point but you do not have to.

5. Select Save.
6. Repeat steps 1–5 to take and save additional photos.
7. After you take all the photos you need, navigate to attachments for the record. Photos and other files for the record are listed in Attachments. You can rename the photos and upload the photos.
