My Cases Record Details

The main case record information appears at the bottom of the My Cases page after a record is selected. Swipe the bottom of the screen to view related information on contacts, history, violations, chronology, and custom screens. Community Development flags for contacts appear in CentralSquare Mobile Code on the contacts to which they were assigned in Community Development. A flag is a warning about the contact it appears on, such as an expired contractor license.

Select a case from the list to see detailed information. Select Full Map to return to the initial map or the Print icon to print the code violation notice. The notice can also then be shared using Share in one of the following ways: attach as a PDF, email, or open in another program. Select the Add icon to add an inspection, contact, restriction, violation, or chronology action.
