Checklists

Use the Checklists feature to keep track of a list of requirements or reminders for an inspection.

Select the check mark next to an inspection or review record to open the checklist.

Checklists include the following features:

  • Status: Select a status for each line item. Options are pass, fail, or not applicable.
  • Notes: Add notes specific to a checklist item.
  • Ad hoc list items: Add one‐time items to an individual record's checklist.

Select Close after you make your updates.

Tip The Checklist feature is available for inspections and reviews but not for code cases.

Note Checklists must be configured in Community Development WUMClosedWeb Utilities & Maintenance. Each review type and inspection type can be configured to have its own unique checklist and line items. Actions, such as review status changes, can be prevented when checklist items are missing a status. Workflow actions, such as status changes, can be triggered when all checklist items have a status. Refer to the Community Development System Administrator guide for more information about checklists.
