Using the help

CentralSquare Mobiles help provides overview and how-to topics, as well as tips for using the CentralSquare Mobiles app effectively.

To access the help, select Profile icon Profile in the application footer. Under HELP DOCUMENT, select .

Tip:  CentralSquare Mobiles help is available only when your device is online (connected to a data network). If you need the help offline, you can download a PDF from https://trakithelp.centralsquare.com/Manuals/CentralSquareMobiles.pdf.

The following features help you find help topics:

  • Search: Enter a word or phrase in the search bar and then select to find topics that contain that word or words.

    To find an exact match for a phrase, enclose the phrase in quotation marks. For example, you could search for notes to find all topics related to notes, or you could enter "standard notes" to find references specific to standard notes. Your search term is highlighted in the results list. Select a link to view the topic.

  • Help menu: Topics in the menu are organized by function. Select a topic in the menu to view that topic. On a mobile device, the menu icon appears in the upper right corner. On larger screens, the full help menu is always available on the left.
  • In-topic links: Some topics include links to other topics within the text or in a list of links. Select a link to view the topic.
  • Breadcrumbs: Breadcrumbs show the current topic's location in the menu structure. Use links in the breadcrumbs path to go to a higher-level topic.
