Adding an Action - Chronology
Use this screen to add actions that you want associated with an inspection
This screen includes:

Action Type field—Type of action associated with the record.
Add the first action by selecting the action you want from the Action Type field. In the Action Type field, you can scroll through the available actions by swiping up or down, or you can search for an action by typing the action name in the field.
To add another action, select the Action Type field to open the drop-down list. Select additional action types to select them. The selected action types are listed in the Action Type selected pane, which appears only when you select more than one action type.
After you select all the actions you want, select in the Action Type field to close the drop-down list.

Action Type selected pane—This pane appears only if you select multiple actions in the Action Type field. Select an action in this pane to select it. Then complete the Action Date, Completed Date, and Notes fields for the action. Repeat for each action in this pane.
Note If you decide you do not want to add one of the action types you selected, swipe the action to the left in the Action Type selected pane. The action is removed from the list. If only one action remains, the Action Type selected pane no longer appears.
- Action Date field—Date the action should be completed.
- Completed Date field—Date the activity was completed. When you add this date, the date you select cannot be in the past.
- Notes field—Standard or custom notes that provide more details about the activity.
After you update all action types, select Save to save the actions. Or, at any time, select Cancel to close the screen without saving changes.
